We have perfected the South African favourite Biltong. Biltong is a traditional South African cured meat product produced right here in Singapore! We use grass-fed Halal Beef Steak and marinate it in a special combination of biltong spices, comprising of coriander, pepper and salt, and then hang it to dry for a number of days in our custom-built meat curing chamber until it reaches the optimum level of dryness and flavour. We slice and pack your biltong shortly before delivery so it is super fresh when you receive it. Your Biltong should be stored in the refrigerator in the paper bag it comes in and kept away from any excess moisture. For guaranteed freshness, you should store as directed and consume within one week of receipt.
