Chilli Sticks are a traditional South African cured meat produced right here in Singapore. We use Grassfed Halal Beef Steak marinaded in special biltong spices, comprising coriander, pepper, salt and chilli for that extra kick. Chilli sticks make a great snack, as they are small strips they are very easy to pick up and chew. It is a perfect healthy snack and packed full of protein (est. 60-65%).
We make our Chilli Sticks in Singapore & marinade our meat and then dry it for a number of days in our custom built meat curing chamber until it reaches the optimum level of dryness and flavour.
Note: While our Biltong is not Halal certified, all the ingredients that are used to make the product are Halal.

Your Chilli Sticks should be stored in the refrigerator in a breathable container, such as the paper bag it comes in, and kept away from any excess moisture.
