10-min. Cooking Method:


  • Rib Eye Steaks
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Side dish … potatoes, french fries, mixed veggies

Easy Cooking Steps:

  • Take the beef from the fridge, make sure to defrost the beef completely, leave it to room temperature
  • Heat the frying pan, either with oil or not
  • Add the beef to the hot pan, fry 2 sides to brown with high fire to lock the juice
  • Turn the beef every min., you may add some butter on beef if you cook it without oil
  • Total cooking time is about 5 mins. to get medium rare
  • Leave the beef on plate to rest for at least 5 mins to absorb the juice
  • Then, serve with side dishes you have prepared

It was a lovely piece of fish. I put it together with a piece of cod and poached it in milk...then flaked it and mixed it together with herbs, mashed potato and an egg for a lovely fish pie...English style. Good quality.


By a wide margin, the best tartar sauce on the market. Oddly hard to find. Delivery was quick and reliable, as advertised. (This is also hard to find.)
